RPM dan fair-use (FUP)RPM and fair-use (FUP)

Pembelian dan pembayaranPurchases and payments

  • Sistem mengecek kapasitas member sebelum membuat invoice. Jika penuh, tidak ada invoice atau QR pembayaran.The system checks member capacity before creating an invoice. If full, no invoice or payment QR is created.
  • Jangan transfer ke rekening atau wallet yang dikirim lewat chat pribadi tanpa verifikasi order di halaman resmi.Do not transfer to an account or wallet sent through private chat without verifying the order on the official page.
  • Jika pembayaran sudah terpotong tetapi paket belum aktif, simpan Order ID dan hubungi admin. Jangan kirim API key.If payment was charged but the plan is not active, keep the Order ID and contact admin. Do not send your API key.

Masa aktif, klaim, dan renewalValidity, claims, and renewal

  • Masa aktif mengikuti paket yang dipilih dan status fulfillment pembayaran.Validity follows the selected plan and payment fulfillment status.
  • Paket yang memakai mode aktif saat penggunaan mulai menghitung masa aktif saat API key pertama kali dipakai.Plans marked as active-on-use start counting validity when the API key is first used.
  • Voucher atau key lama hanya dapat diklaim jika masih memenuhi aturan tipe key dan kapasitas member.Vouchers or legacy keys can be claimed only when their key type and member capacity allow it.

Pelanggaran dan pembatasan aksesViolations and access restrictions

Heraxles dapat menangguhkan akun atau API key jika ada indikasi sharing, penjualan kembali, penyalahgunaan, atau pola traffic yang membahayakan kestabilan layanan. Tindakan dapat berlaku meski masa aktif atau token masih tersisa.Heraxles may suspend an account or API key when there are signs of sharing, resale, abuse, or traffic patterns that threaten service stability. This can apply even when validity or tokens remain.

Jika merasa salah terdeteksi, hubungi admin dengan username dan Order ID. Jangan kirim password atau API key penuh.If you believe a detection is incorrect, contact admin with your username and Order ID. Do not send your password or full API key.
